The lower level is occupied separately, but your unit remains entirely private for your peace of mind and comfort. Smoke-Free Home: Smoking (of any kind, including vaping) is not permitted inside the home. Designated smoking area is outdoors only (driveway or patio, with all doors closed). Evidence of smoking inside the home may result in a $1500 cleaning fee. No Parties or Events: To respect our neighbors and maintain the home's condition, gatherings or parties are not allowed. Evidence of parties may result in a $1,000 fee and cancellation of your reservation without refund. Guest Limit: This home accommodates up to 6 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional overnight guests may incur a $500 fee. Well-Behaved Pets Welcome: All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Must pick up after pets. Evidence of undisclosed pets may result in a $500 cleaning fee. By bringing your pet, you agree to the Estoria Homes pet policy. Questions about the pet policy? Please reach out prior to your stay. Authorized Guests Only: Outside visitors not confirmed on the reservation at the time of booking are not allowed and may subject your reservation to cancellation without refund. No Mail or Packages: Guests are not allowed to receive packages or mail at the home under any circumstances. Respect the Home: Damages are subject to the cost of repair or replacement. Please be mindful of scraping and scratching the hardwood floors. Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 7 AM. This is a quiet neighborhood — please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to avoid complaints from neighbors.
