HOUSE RULES * Guests must answer our pre-book questions before we can release check-in details. 1. Smoke-Free Home: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except outdoors in the designated smoking area. (Driveway or patio with all doors closed) Evidence of smoking in the home or on the property (outside of the designated smoking area) may result in a $1500 cleaning fee. 2. No Parties Allowed: To respect our neighbors and maintain the home’s condition, gatherings or parties are not allowed. Evidence of parties may result in a $1,000 fee and the cancellation of your reservation without refund. 3. Guest Limit: The home accommodates up to 8 guests, and only registered guests may stay overnight. 4. Registration: If required, we may request a rental agreement form be accurately completed within 24 hours of booking the reservation (within one hour for reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in) along with ID verification and security deposit. Failure to submit the registration form, submitting false information, or omitting key information in your registration may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 5. We’re Here to Help: If anything is missing or not working properly, please let us know right away. In the event of emergency (water leak, severe damage, etc...) please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly! 6. Well-Behaved Pets Welcome: All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Must pick up after pets. Evidence of undisclosed pets may result in a cleaning fee. By bringing your pet into our home, you agree to the Estoria Homes pet policy. If you have any questions about the pet policy, please reach out prior to your stay. • No unauthorized Pets • Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home. • Outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking are not allowed and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund. • If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund. • Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site. • Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement (please be mindful of scraping and scratching the hardwood floors) • Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 11pm to avoid complaints from neighbors.
