Smoke-Free Home: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property except outdoors in the designated smoking area. (Driveway or rear patio with all doors closed) 2. No Parties Allowed: To respect our neighbors and maintain the home’s condition, gatherings or parties are not allowed. Evidence of parties may result in a $1,000 fee and the cancellation of your reservation without refund. 3. Guest Limit: The home accommodates up to 8 guests, and only registered guests may stay overnight. 4. Registration: If required, we may request for one registration form, rental agreement, ID verification and security deposit be accurately completed within 24 hours of booking the reservation (within one hour for reservations made less than 24 hours before check-in). Failure to submit the registration form, submitting false information, or omitting key information in your registration may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. 5. We’re Here to Help: If anything is missing or not working properly, please let us know right away. In the event of emergency (water leak, severe damage, etc...) please notify us immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve it promptly! 6. Well-Behaved Pets Welcome: All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Evidence of undisclosed pets may result in a $500 cleaning fee. By bringing your pet into our home, you agree to the Estoria Homes pet policy. If you have any questions about the pet policy, please reach out prior to your stay.
